We do this while watching two things at once: on one hand we respect historic fabric and protect the time a building carries; on the other we never ignore modern needs — no one should have to live with hundred-year-old plumbing.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We start with a survey visit. We measure the space on site, clarify your needs and budget expectations, and then present a proposal covering scope and schedule.
The survey visit within İstanbul and the first quote are free. If detailed design and technical documentation are requested, we define the scope together.
Scope is the deciding factor. Single-room refurbishments usually finish in 2–4 weeks, while turnkey home and office projects take 6–12 weeks. The schedule is set out in writing in the contract.
Payments are split into progress instalments tied to the work schedule. Each payment is made once completion of its stage is approved; any interim cost increases are notified in advance.
Yes. Production is carried out in Turkey or by our partners abroad; we provide a turnkey service including logistics, on-site installation and dismantling.
We provide a written warranty on workmanship and implementation. Manufacturer warranties apply to the products used; we close the process with an inspection visit after handover.
